Flax seeds – Rich in

Pumpkin

INGREDIENTS:
Flax seeds – 3
tablespoon
Pumpkin seeds – 3
tablespoon
Sunflower seeds – 3
tablespoons
Sesame seeds – 3
tablespoon (black/white)

METHOD:
In a frypan dry roast all seeds one by one and mix them. When cool
fill the seed mix in an airtight container.
Daily take 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the
evening. This way you may get all healthy fats and vitamins and minerals. You
may also notice glow on your face.
