Today, we will be making Badam sharbat with black pepper
which is in concentrated form and can be refrigerated for up to a month. It has
numerous benefits.
Almonds are very beneficial in the following:

Ingredients:
Ø
Badam (almonds) – 1 cup
Ø
Black pepper powder – 1 spoon
Ø
Sugar – 2 cups
Ø
Water – 1 cup
Ø
Elaichi (cardamom) powder – ¼ spoon
Method:

Soak almonds overnight. In the morning, peel
them and grind in a grinder using water. (Use water from 1 cup mentioned in
ingredients).
ü
Mix black pepper powder and elaichi powder in
the paste.
ü
In a pan, add sugar and remaining water. Heat
till sugar dissolves and keep aside till it cools down.
ü
Now mix the sugar syrup and almond mixture. Fill
in a glass bottle. Refrigerate it.
This can be mixed in water or in milk as desired. Mix ¼ part
of sharbat with water or as desired according to taste.
